I was so thankful for the awesome staff, especially bruno from guest services, who helped me switch rooms. the rooms are very very comfy and tidy. I woke up rested every morning. the spa services are to die for. I went for one massage and now i am there every morning. the free foot massage vouchers were appreciated!!!

it took well over an hour to resolve, and there was no apology offered. i had to wait over two hours for all the rooms to be available after that.

my room was next to the elevator shaft it made a creaking noise. the noise occurred until late at night and started again early in the morning. i found it difficult to sleep because of this noise.
