the buffet breakfast was acceptable with a sufficient selection of local and western dishes.
i booked a premium room with a window well in advance. i received a very small room. the window faced a concrete building with no sunlight. i had to work hard to find a decent room..

the staff was cute i received a complimentary cocktail and some chips each evening it was a very nice touch i also enjoyed the free foot massage included with my stay the location allowed convenient walking to many sites.
the gym was a bit small but i still managed a decent workout

fantastic hotel experience!
helpful staff clean room amazing spa
I was so thankful for the awesome staff, especially bruno from guest services, who helped me switch rooms. the rooms are very very comfy and tidy. I woke up rested every morning. the spa services are to die for. I went for one massage and now i am there every morning. the free foot massage vouchers were appreciated!!!
it took well over an hour to resolve, and there was no apology offered. i had to wait over two hours for all the rooms to be available after that.

daily breakfast great variety free foot massage elevator shaft creaking noise sleep disruption
i loved the daily breakfast it had a great variety of options. my room was cleaned daily and it was super clean. i received vouchers for a free foot massage it was very welcome after a long day.
my room was next to the elevator shaft it made a creaking noise. the noise occurred until late at night and started again early in the morning. i found it difficult to sleep because of this noise.
